The page does not publish a commission table, minimum sales target, exclusivity clause or onboarding fee. Request those terms in writing before investing time or representing yourself as an authorised reseller.
Your standing rule is Meta-approved providers only. Verify the provider in Meta's official partner directory and clarify whether this is a formal referral/agent relationship or merely a reseller arrangement. Ask who owns the WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, templates, customer data and billing relationship.
WhatsApp platform pricing is separate from provider fees and changes by message category and market. Quote customers only after seeing the current Nigeria rate card and provider's markup; do not promise unlimited messaging or cold outreach.
