VTpass provides a REST API, with public docs covering Glo airtime VTU and other services. A web storefront or WhatsApp-assisted checkout could let Nigerian customers buy airtime, data and selected bills through a single interface.
The public API documentation describes request flows, but the exact reseller discount and any setup or wallet requirements should be requested from VTpass. Do not infer profitability from the existence of an API.
A sensible first version is manual order intake plus an admin-confirmed API action, with idempotency keys, transaction status checks, receipts and a reconciliation ledger. Avoid promising instant fulfillment until you have measured provider uptime and refund times.
Starting at small scale keeps cash exposure low. Compare final customer price against direct bank and operator channels, and include payment processor charges and the time cost of handling failed orders.
