Provider advertises up to ₦1,000 gross profit per sale; actual margin depends on current rate and customer price
A Nigerian reseller wallet lists indicative buy prices including MTN 1GB for ₦270 and Airtel 2GB for ₦520; you set the customer price.
VTUking describes itself as a Nigerian electronic vending wallet for airtime, data, cable TV, electricity and exam cards. Its homepage says an individual can start with ₦1,000 and resell without registering a business. A displayed price list gives MTN 1GB, 30 days at ₦270, Airtel 2GB at ₦520, Glo 5GB at ₦1,250 and 9mobile 1GB at ₦260.
The site says the reseller chooses the selling price and advertises potential profit up to ₦1,000 per sale. Treat that upper bound as marketing, not a normal or guaranteed margin. Compare the live in-app reseller rate with the customer's direct network price before setting a markup, and account for payment charges, failed transactions, refunds and the time spent handling customer support.
It accepts wallet funding by bank transfer or card, and claims automated transactions are refunded to the wallet when a purchase fails. Start with the minimum you can afford to leave in the wallet, make a small test transaction, and keep receipts. If customers are in Nigeria while you are in the UK, test settlement and access from your location before advertising the service; do not send money to an agent promising guaranteed returns.
